Refund
We cannot offer refunds for delayed shipping / delivery of products. If there are any issues with your order, they must be raised with us within 48h of delivery. If an item is lost or states ‘delivered’ on the tracking but you don’t have the goods, we will put a claim in with Royal Mail. If the claim isn’t accepted, we will not be held responsible for the lost, damaged or undelivered item.
We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made when entering your details for example, if an address is incorrect, we can’t be held responsible for any delays or loss of parcel due to this and a refund/replacement will not be offered.
As everything is baked to order, and food cannot be resold, we don't offer refunds if you have changed your mind or do not like the bake or flavour.
