All orders will be sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 but may take longer. This service states 1-3 working days from dispatch.

Boxes are too large to fit through a letterbox so if you aren’t going to be at the shipping address, you can go on the tracking email / text you get from Royal Mail and select a ‘safe place’ a ‘neighbour’ or to re arrange a re-delivery or collect instead. Please note that this can cause a delay and if you do so, you take full responsibility for the delay of the item.

Please also note, once boxes have left our bakery, we are no longer responsible for them. 

All bakes are best stored refrigerated and brought to room temperature before consuming. Please refrigerate for at least an hour on arrival. Bakes are best consumed 5-7 days after arrival. They can be frozen and are best thawed out in the fridge.

All items are produced in a kitchen environment where all allergens, including wheat and gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, dairy and soya are present. Unfortunately, we are not able to operate an allergy free kitchen. You will find all ingredients listed on the products pages.
